One day I was walking around the mall and was surprised to see a Dave's and Buster. They opened in just a few moments and my family and I were the first people in. We were planning on eating and playing games to help shake the nerves of a family loss/funeral that afternoon. We were ushered to a table, a tall table. Not quite ideal with a younger family but we made do. Additionally, we were sat directly under a speaker that was playing music loudly, enough we had to speak loud to be heard. Additionally, within the first 10 minutes, the music was then suddenly turned up which caused my anxiety prone daughter to struggle. The waitress very nice and social, friendly, but seemed to get distracted frequently and for periods of time. She would check in and speak with another employee for 15 - 20 minutes before checking the back kitchen for any ready items. All drinks didn't arrive together, my drink was delayed until after she came back to take our order. Once ordered, we waited 45 - 50 minutes until our food arrived. And not all the food, just the kids. By the time they were done eating, the adults got their food. It was only 4 of us, not a big party. When I expressed frustration, the waitress responded by acknowledging and telling me she didn't know what was going on. When she brought the bill, what I had ordered was not represented correctly on the bill and the waitress pushed back that it was correct. The thing is, is that when I ordered 2 orders of the wings, I asked if they came with fries, she said no. So I ordered 1 additional side of fries to share between. The bill had the wings accompanied with fries for both sets, and then an additional fries charged. I was paying for more food that I originally ordered, even with asking her clarifying questions and informing her of the reason of my decisions. By the time we were finally done eating and paid, we did not have time to play any of the games which upset the kids. The games and the overall area looked clean and well kept. We will not be returning.

We had our Daughter's 12th Birthday here on a Busy Mid Feb. Saturday afternoon from 1-3. A daunting task for foodservice, ...10 Sixth graders and 10 adults at one long table, hungry, thirsty, and eager to explore all of the games and fun. Our server nailed it, mostly running drinks for us for 2 hours and was always close for help. Keith the Manager was also very present and greeted me and instantly asked if we could go over things. How refreshing, I knew the rundown right away with how things would go, and I received the cards for the kiddos right away. Food came out for the kids hot and fresh and I was happy to see them annihilate the fruit platter as well. Adult food & drinks were great as well, with just one small hiccup with a plate of food placed on a different party's table. Keith immediately was out to speak with us, and had a replacement out right away and we were very pleased. Great day, kids were so stoked. I highly recommend adding the $5 per kid to the party package where your card will work for all of the non-ticket-winning games until close of business that day. There was no HEEEEY my card is already all gone... (Hello Epi****** )We will be back, without a doubt. TY D&B's

A TON of gaming options which is spectacular!! even though i came in on opening weekend when it was ridiculously crowded there were still enough games open at any given time so i was never waiting in line to play. what i did have a wait in a crazy long line for was the walk up bar. the wait times varied between maybe 10-15 minutes but this makes sense as there were only 2 bartenders that were taking care of the walk up bar. Bartenders were cheery and sweet despite how hectic it was! on my second trip to the walk up bar a “floater” was sweet enough to take my order from the back of the line. Now the drinks directly ordered from the bar were superb. good ratio of alcohol to mixer ! My only complaint about the bar service was once we got to our table to dine. once we got to our table drinks were watered down, didn’t come in their original glasses and had no garnish. it also took about 25-30 minutes to get our drinks after placing order with the server. Now the server was trying his best, but the food did not come out in a timely manner either. We all placed our entree orders at the same time but my food came out after 6 minutes and then everyone else at the table had to wait another 30-35 minutes :( i also had to keep reminding my server about my side of chicken strips that never came out. he eventually did provide them to go. i will say the food was delicious. flavorful, and my steak was cooked perfectly to order and was very tender, it melted in my mouth :) Another side notes: security staff seemed on point! they were vigilant, aware, and helpful even with matters that didn’t include security. Also special shout out to the human crane operator that guy was making sure all those kids had a fun time while being very safe. Some D&Bs don’t clean up left over alcoholic drinks very often but this location did and that’s very crucial for any parents that aren’t doing their duty to monitor their children. Thanks D&B!

This was my first time visiting Dave & Buster's, and unfortunately, it will most likely be my last. I had heard plenty of good things about the arcade and food, so I was genuinely excited to go. Our party of four arrived looking forward to a fun night out with dinner and games. While the arcade itself was enjoyable and the staff members we interacted with were polite, the overall dining experience was so disappointing that it overshadowed anything positive about the evening. The biggest issue was the food service or lack of it. Our party ordered appetizers and four entrées. The appetizers came out in a reasonable time, and three of the four dinners were delivered to our table. However, the fourth meal a simple order of chicken tenders and fries never arrived. We waited patiently while the rest of our party ate their meals. Eventually, everyone else finished their food, and we were still sitting there waiting for that last plate. After a long wait, both our server and a manager came over to apologize. While I appreciate that they acknowledged the issue and were polite, there didn’t seem to be any real solution offered. We were told that it would be an hour wait for chicken tenders the same chicken tenders we had already ordered over an hour earlier. It was incredibly frustrating to hear that, especially when it should have been expedited considering the situation. It felt like there was no urgency to correct the mistake. What made the situation even more concerning was that we were not the only table experiencing this problem. The table next to us ended up leaving because they never received their food. The table behind us told us they had ordered two hours prior and still hadn’t been served anything not even appetizers. Meanwhile, guests who were seated after us were receiving their meals, including chicken tenders, without issue. It was hard not to feel overlooked and frustrated watching that happen. After waiting a full hour after everyone else at our table had finished eating, we decided to pay and leave without ever receiving that final entrée. The manager offered us 50% off the bill and a player’s card, which I do appreciate as an attempt to make things right. However, what truly upset me was what happened next. As we were trying to pay and close out our check, the restaurant continued seating three new tables. If the kitchen was already so backed up that customers were waiting up to two hours for food, why continue seating new guests? It didn’t make sense and showed poor management of the situation. While the arcade was fun and the staff members were kind, the severe lack of organization and inability to deliver basic meals in a timely manner made this experience extremely disappointing. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and unlikely to return.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dave & Buster’s Santa Rosa on Valentine’s Day. My boyfriend and I both recently turned 21 (I turned 21 in November 2025 and he turned 21 on just a couple days ago), so we decided to order alcoholic drinks to celebrate. Our server, Sewit (as listed on her name tag), checked my boyfriend’s ID first. Although his ID had expired just three days prior, she accepted it and handed it back without any issue. When I gave her my ID — a brand new California REAL ID driver’s license — she examined it for a while, then said she’d be right back and walked away with it. A man named Keith then came to our table and told me my ID was fake and that he would not be serving me. When I asked how it could be fake since I had just received it recently, his response was, “I can just tell by the looks of it.” He then told me I would not be getting it back and would have to pick it up from the police station. I was in complete shock because I knew for a fact my ID was real. Our server kept apologizing but every time we asked for an update, she would say she’d “go talk to him again.” At one point she mentioned she doubted he would call the police since they have their own security system. That’s when I decided to call the police myself because it was clear I wasn’t getting my ID back that night otherwise. The police arrived within about 10 minutes, spoke with Keith, checked my ID, and confirmed that it was completely valid. Keith then came back to our table and apologized. To the Dave & Buster’s team: please properly educate your staff on how to identify a real California ID — especially with the updated REAL ID design. It’s unacceptable to confiscate a legitimate ID based on someone saying they can “just tell by the looks of it.” On top of that, the service was very slow. It took over an hour just to receive our food, and all I ordered was an appetizer. This experience was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
