- DZDylan Gabriel Medina ZegarraFeb 19, 20261.0First time coming to this fast food chain, I've heard a lot of good stuff about, went to the store in Santa rosa, lady at the register was super nice, but when it was the time to pickup the order, they forgot an item and I live like 15min away from that store, so I called them, and some guy answer the phone, not sure if he was the manager, he lit offer me 0 solutions to the problem, I even told him to refund for the item to my card, which is way easier and he said he can't, he need to do it in person, I got the pics and everything, receipts and food. So I have to rush and went back to the place, no one there tried to give any alternatives solution, no even a drink, poor customer service, I had to wait till all the line was empty for my refund. Not coming back to this place definitely
