  Coming from a long trip from Los Angeles . I ended up coming to this wingstop location & the warm welcoming from employee fransica was really awesome! From letting me know deals , special going on etc I can honestly say this is the first wingstop I liked , the food was well done too .

  Wow, I usually pass by this wingstop everyday after work and never think of stopping by. But i decided to go during the week after work just to see what it’s like. And let me just say I should’ve came here from the very start!! Service was exceptional, food was fresh and delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly. After a long day of work this was very much needed🤗 Francisca was kind enough to recommend me flavors for wings as well as a side to combine it with. I would definitely come back

  ive been to this location more than a handful of times and francisca is always there to greet me with a friendly attitude:) i really appreciate her speed of service and food is always at quality although yesterday i had walked in last night and saw her being yelled at by this rude, inconsiderate and extremely passive aggressive woman, i was there long enough to see that this lady was such a problem!!!!! people like this are the problem when it comes to restaurants just demanding things that obviously cannot be done, francisca held herself very professional, and to the lady and her friends and family leaving disgraceful and disgusting reviews that obviously have nothing better to do with their lives need to have a reality check before they go to any another restaurant again! just stay home and cook (if they can) ; if they’re just going to be a problem every where they goo!!! SHOUTOUT to Francisca for being an absolute legend for having to deal with disturbing people like THAT!

  Ate here today and I feel these workers don’t get enough credit for the rude customers they have to put up with! Francisca’s customer service was excellent and up to par for what is expected from food service workers. I can’t believe I had to witness a rude customer being so hostile over food. Only thing unpleasant about my visit was having to witness this woman be so unnecessarily rude to the cashier… with her kids there to listen. Someone was clearly hungry 😳 My props to Francisca for handling this so gracefully and for being so apologetic to us other customers in line that had to watch. Let’s bring public shame back because nobody should have to deal with that over some wings. Priorities people!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. Francesca needs to be held accountable for this location. She made my experience the worst and due to her we will never come back to this location. Yall need to have someone else at the front and someone who knows how to handle customer service NOT FRANCESCA. I will be taking this to upper management and will contact HQ.
