None of the items that you would want to be able to get such as half and half heavy cream, aren't available and you can't move down the rear aisle, because whoever's managing this store has no idea what they're doing or just doesn't take the time of their customers seriously.

We have never had an issue with it until today. This young short girl with curly hair came out to our car and as usual she came up to our window and asked if we wanted it in the trunk, we told her to be gentle as we bought fragile items which she reacted to by rolling her eyes, she then hastily threw the bags in our car which we found rude in the moment but shrugged off. When we arrived home we realized that she had damaged some of our groceries! I never go out of my way to give reviews on places but I had never had an experience like that before at Vons, do better at picking your staff!

I was standing in line and asked her about firewood as she was walking byclearly on her way to do something else. Instead of brushing it off, she stopped, smiled, and took the time to check in the back for me to see if they had any. It’s Halloween, the store was busy, and there were a lot of people coming and going, but Brianna still made the effort to help with a great attitude and genuine kindness. You don’t see that kind of customer service very often these days, and it’s much appreciated. Thank you, Brianna Hernandez, for going above and beyond!
