Get some trash bins outside; I have messaged the city and they say it’s your responsibility. PLEASE Tell me who I’m supposed to talk to you cause I will help !!! YOU HAVE AN AMAZING STAFF, AND I WATCH THEM STRUGGLE TO CLEAN UP THE OUTSIDE EVERY MORNING. IT’S JUST INSANE IF THERE WAS 24 HOURS SECURITY OR TRASH BINS IT MIGHT HELP THE SITUATION.

- AAAndreaApr 5, 20261.0Whoever worked the security shift on 4/4 before closing should be let go. I arrived at 10.55pm trying to buy a water and the guard wouldn’t allow it! Management if are trying to run a good operation - you shouldn’t allow employees who shut the store before it’s actually closed. Also the security guard had extremely strong and very unpleasant body odor - not appropriate for a customer facing role.

I like everything else about this store and the Meat Dept guys are absolutely fantastic. But the deli, single handedly makes this store unshoppable. You never see anyone at the deli, working or buying. Customers walk away after they don't get any help. I have stood at the counter several times, alone, only for someone to come out and start cleaning or some other task. Anything other than "hey there is a customer, maybe I should ask if they need anything." So I walk away. Why? Because I don't want to ask someone who clearly doesn't want to help me than have to touch my food. It's stunning that Vons would spend so much money building such a nice new store only to make an entire section of it unusable. After several failed attempts to find help, I've gone back to the Vons at 13th because they actually will help a customer.
