- MMmason murrayMar 14, 20251.0I'm angry enough about the quality of service I received here I haven't been back to any Subway since. They refused to honor a coupon saying it was only good on something different from what I ordered when the coupon clearly started "any sandwich". When I asked why they said "fine, we don't take coupons. You can try again tomorrow with a different sandwich". Asking insult to injury, there was plastic packaging in my sandwich. Someone had carelessly cut the corner off some package and it ended up in my food. I emailed corporate about both issues and received no response.
