Upon paying for my food order, I was automatically charged a tip, which I did not authorize. The clerk argued with me and stated I approved it when I did not. The clerk and her coworker tried to ignore me, however, I was persistent and requested a refund of the tip. Finally, I was given a cash refund of the tip. Additionally, the drink fountain did not have ice for the drinks. Although this restaurant was close to work, I will not be returning.
