  Everything about this place — the food, the service, and the atmosphere — was just terrible. It was a rainy day, and the table and chairs they seated us at were completely wet, and even the heater was broken. I ordered a $39 ribeye steak medium-rare, but it came out completely well-done, and honestly it looked like one of those microwave meal-kit steaks you’d buy at a grocery store. We even paid about $80 for an Uber round trip from the airport in the rain to visit this place, and every part of the experience was disappointing. 음식 서비스 분위기 모든게 다 최악이었다. 비가 오는 날이었는데 안내해준 테이블과 의자는 다 젖어있었고 히터도 고장남. 39불짜리 립아이 스테이크 미디움레어로 주문했는데 완전완전한 웰던으로 나왔고, 이 마마저도 마트에서 파는 스테이크 밀키트를 마이크로웨이브에 돌려서 갖다준 모양새였음. 비 오는 날 공항에서 왕복 80불의 우버비를 지불하면서 방문한 곳이었는데 모든게 다 실망스러웠음. 가지 마시길. 인앤아웃에서 더블더블 드시는게 서비스 맛 모든 부분에서 1000000% 만족스러울듯.

  Our family was visiting Santa Monica and the area for the weekend when we decided to randomly stop at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Partly because we live in a landlocked state and wanted good seafood and partly because we love Forest Gump and wanted to check the place out. The food, decorations, and service were amazing! More restaurants should implement the "Run Forest Run" sign idea to indicate when we need help from our server. The food was yummy and flavorful and our waitress, Day'na, was amazing! Day'na was funny, patient, had some cool Forest Gump trivia for us, and gave us an amazing recommendation on pairing one of our meals with a combination of their butter sauce and Cajun sauce that really amped up the flavor and experience! Day'na went above and beyond to help make sure we enjoyed our food and got what we needed! We'll definitely be stopping by again next time we're in the area!

  This restaurant is inspired by the movie Forrest Gump, one of my all-time favorites. The inside is decorated with photos and scenes from the movie, which is really nice and instantly brings you back to the film. The food, however, was pretty average and not quite worth the price. The kids’ meal was cute and came served in a little boat, which they enjoyed. I ordered the Cajun shrimp as an appetizer — it was okay. For my entrée, I got the grilled chicken sandwich, which was also just average. Most of the dishes on the menu are fried. We also tried the Bourbon St. Mahi Mahi & Shrimp, and it was just okay as well, missing depth and flavor. Overall, a fun theme and great nostalgia, but the food itself was average.

  Having gone to multiple Bubba Gump locations and having great experiences at all of them - this location specifically treated my girlfriend and I like family. We got great recommendations on the specific blend for our Cajun crab buckets and got tasteful appetizers. We waited a bit longer for the Margaritas but they took care of us! I look forward to coming back. Thank you for a great dinner Bubba Gump in Santa Monica! 🦐
