We ordered two items, and one was completely forgotten until I asked about it. They had to check the order again to see what I had even ordered. When it was finally made, there was no apology. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told to “come back.” I asked at least for an apology for forgetting the order, and I was told come back and speak to the supervisor. I won’t be returning to this location or any Bluestone Lane, there are plenty of better coffee and food options with staff who are attentive and courteous.
