  Why does it feel like a 2 year old made this and then rubbed it across the floor? 😪🤢 This is “regular lettuce” and “more pickles, more peppers” and was $13. I ordered ahead thru the app. Maybe best to watch it be made instead? When I tried to communicate in the app about this it’s just an automated chat and no way to send a picture. Instead of offering a refund I was told to bring in the email I would be receiving for a free 6”!? For my unacceptable footlong?? Not a fair offer. I had a gift card so whatever but this is why I would always rather eat at home.

  Terrible service. I wanted to get a quick sandwich but I was asked to wait "15 minutes" for the toaster oven to work. Instead they were taking too long and it looks like they were just fidgeting with the toaster oven. I went to Jersey Mike's and the service was alot quicker there. Please do a better job on training your employees to focus on making customer service a top priority rather than fidgeting with your damn toaster ovens while there are people waiting in line.

  Even if the sandwiches weren’t good, I would give this place five stars all because of the staff. Everyone there is so friendly and does a very good job. The sandwich are pretty good by the way.

  They need to be more careful when preparing food. A girl wearing string bracelets today had the threads dangling into my sandwich while she was making it. Gross 🤮

  The slowest service ever. The last handful of times I went in, they only had one employee working. ONE. So if you have 1 person in front of you, expect to wait 20 mins. If you have 2 people in front of you? You might be there for an hour. 3 people in line? You might as well pitch a tent and cancel the rest of your day. Not only do they have absolutely ZERO sense of urgency to get you your sandwich and have you on your way, they have absolutely no customer service skills. The girls who work there look miserable and say absolutely nothing to you except "what veggies would you like?" Do they know they're in the SERVICE industry? If you're gonna operate slower than molasses in the winter, at least make it sound like you're TRYING. Avoid this location until they decide to have 2+ employees making sandwiches, unless you enjoy wasting your life away in an empty Subway.
