Ordered food was not served) Spent 50$ for a couple meals and did a separate order for an icecream cone using the points. Walked up to the counter and saw the screen showing my order is being served. I asked a person who seems like the manger. He shook his head and looked at the screen in front of himself. Turned around and talked in Spanish. Waited over 5mins at the counter, walked back to the table and wait another 5mins. Never called my number and it’s gone from the display. Didn’t want to ruin my vacation mood and move on. For the record, the fries and the chicken nuggets were greatly cooked. Crispy. It’s just how the store treats the customers who spends points instead of real cash.
