  I hate writing negative reviews but this was by far the worst coffee, food & matcha I've ever had in my life all at once & that is not an exaggeration. My husband decided to try dunkin & surprised me with a breakfast croissant & matcha. The matcha was tinted milk. I've had an array of matchas from every level of coffee shops, I wasnt expecting anything spectacular, but it was literally milk with a drop of matcha, just enough to look like a mint-green colored milk. Luckily I had matcha powder at home, I literally had to make myself a matcha to add to the cup of milk they sold us as matcha, to make it a drinkable matcha. The bacon/egg/cheese croissant smelled & tasted HIGHLY of pure burning plastic & chemicals- I couldn't even eat it, I divided it up for my dogs & even then, I feel bad that I probably just fed them a bunch of chemicals.. I just couldn't fathom completely wasting almost $30 for 2 drinks & 2 inedible sandwiches... My husbands coffee was also basically a cup of milk with about 45lbs of sugar dissolved in it. He said it tasted like a donut & not coffee at all. I had to brew a whole cup of coffee at home to add to his drink to make it drinkable. Luckily we were home to amend our drinks, but it's ridiculous that if we were out & about, we would have to literally pour them out & go straight to the trash. I'm already shocked by the high prices, but it would be understandable if their products were decent- but they're not even edible/consumable. We basically paid almost $30 for 2 cups of milk & 2 sandwiches for the dogs. Safe to say we will never go to another dunkin again. We were avoiding Starbucks for reasons (if you know you know), but now this experience was so horrible, we are completely turned off from eating out at any chain food place going forward. Prices aren't worth it & food quality isn't even something I'd want to feed animals.... I want to be very clear, my husband specifically said the employees were very nice & helpful, & this review has nothing to do with them. This seems like a purely corporate issue, I've worked in retail & service my whole life & know how unreasonable corporate rules, profit pushing, & new "cost efficient" quality reduction products can be, & the customer facing employees are just trying to do their jobs & not get fired.. I've never said something so negative about a place & it sucks to do, but it was so bad that I don't feel comfortable letting other people spend their hard earned money here.

  We had to wait for our stuff in line but the workers were super nice and apologized for the wait. The coffee and food was super yummy! The employees should get a raise. They do get busy. They need to hire more people so the employee’s are not so overloaded IMO. Good job with making our items

  So the workers bust their ass. But it’s always only 1 person working here alone stressing themselves out. Where the hell is the manager or owner? Always 1 person busting their ass with the drive through and indoor area. Service is great. But clearly management and ownership needs to change. Cuz they don’t care about the employee. But the worker there is awesome.

  This place is awful. Went twice, had to wait in DRIVE THROUGH, 20 MINUTES. THEY, take 1 order at a time. Cars in front and back of you. Cars lined up. The MANAGER is slower than MOLLASSES!! THEY, don't know how to run the place. I won't go back. Turn your car, off and on, to wait???
