I've been going to that store for several years and each time he is rude and condescending. Even the employees don't seem to like him . The other night I had to go to the store just before closing. Not only was he rude and condescending, he offered no help. He told me to hurry up. I asked for assistance on location of a couple of items. He said he didn't know And his attitude was fowl, like he didn't care How does this man get off treating people that way? And why is he still there as a manager? He has no people skills...Go figure.

The first time an item was priced at 9.99 at the register it came to be 15.99 before tax. Nobody went to check, I left everything there. Went in this second time and another item was priced at 11.99 at the register 16.99. Same situation, nobody checked the pricing. As a former sales representative myself I wouldn’t make a sale with false pricing. We are definitely not going back a third time. We don’t want to have to worry about taking pictures of the price for every item we buy for the cashier to believe us.

I fuse to FIGHT another defective shopping cart through this store. I tried entered the store FOUR times with four preposterously defective carts. I’m going across the street to Food 4 Less where they respect their customers enough to supply carts flip, flop, turn, rattle, bounce and pull sharply in who knows what direction. I’m leaving along with my Savon Pharmacy account.
