Website says pharmacy is open until 10, but it isn't. Their curbside pickup is handy for those with mobility problems but half the time something is left out and you have to go back. THey don't give you a receipt for those orders. If you have a large order, you have to go home and check online to see what's missing.Then go back and get it.

- SSStephani SwackMar 28, 20261.0Tonight while I walked into the doors at 9:29pm I was greeted with a projecting warning that THE STORE CLOSES IN 20 MINUTES [9:50PM] from the cashier on the first register. I stopped and asked to clarify that the store closes 10 minutes before 10pm, to which she replied, "we close our registers at that time" Confused, I felt incredibly pressured to hurry and make my product choices and return to checkout before they closed down the store. This is not the first negative interaction I have had with said employee. Her name is Debra, and she lacks the basic customer service skills one would hope your local grocery store employee would possess. Especially those who know you, and have seen you shop at said store for the last 17 years. Interactions like these are why I have made it a point to shop at your sister store in Orcutt, 8 miles down the road, for my regular household needs and only come here in a pinch, mind you I live less than 1 block away. I sincerely hope management takes this email seriously, whether this employee has been in her position for far TOO MANY years, and has become complacent on the basic customer service needs, or she just doesnt possess the ability to be respectful and be pleasant to the general public. Her direct interactions with me in the last few times have made me drive across town to avoid a negative experience like the one I experienced AGAIN tonight. Moving forward, I will definitely make it a point to NEVER frequent this store, regardless of the convenience since I seem to always shop during Debra's shift. Thank you, STEPHANI SWACK.
