We waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru, the guy at the window did not read back our order and missed the Medium drink so we had to go back and the MANAGER at the front told us we couldn’t order inside because the register didn’t work. We were not going to wait another 30 mins for a single drink THEY MISSED!!! She proceeded to take other customers orders on the register that “didn’t work” and told us we could only order on the kiosk, mind you all we wanted to purchase was a medium drink cup. We got home sat down to eat when we realized the Mc chickens both were not plain and had mayo and lettuce. Horrible experience at this mcdonald’s. Food was cold and they had no ranch.
