- MVMadison VitaleMar 12, 20261.0This is the worst mcdonalds. They’ll have your bag ready and not say a single number or look at you. Slow service. Rude workers who will slam your order on the counter after you’ve waited patiently for 10 minutes. I used to work at a McDonald’s it’s not very hard. They also used to have a poster board with glitter on it over the French fry station telling them how to do their job….and their workers have fake press on nails. Not allowed. I know this is a Franchised McDonald’s but yall need to do better seriously. You’re lucky this is one of the 2 McDonald’s in Santa Cruz.
