Unfortunately, this store prioritizes delivery service orders over lobby customers so you can be waiting a long time for even a simple purchase. A guy in front of me ordered a medium black coffee, the pot for which was in plain view and full, yet he still hadn't been handed his drink twenty minutes later. My meal, when it eventually arrived, was cold and they forgot the chicken nugget bbq sauce. My advice? If you really must have McDonald's, go to a different one.
