He told me that someone would be there in a moment to help me take my order, but he was busy. He called another employee who was in the back doing something else and asked her to help me, but she never took my order. She just gave me a dirty look. Then the guy came and took my order. 5 stars for Billy K's help! The manager of this building needs to train his employees properly. If they don't want to work, he should hire new employees who actually want their jobs.

- EJErin JooDec 31, 20254.0came in to use up some gift cards i’d received. one kept declining but the cashier who was helping me was chill about it- i wish i got their name. they gave me sooooooo many fries too. i ate more fry than burger & i felt like i was going to explode after my meal. the burger was seriously decadent too. of course this is five guys so it was pricey but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to treat yourself here if you’re craving fast food.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
