  I love subway but the person who was making my food sounded super annoyed and rude. and at the end of my service when i was paying.. he scratched his parts. then handed my receipt. i was so disgusted, he put on gloves on making my food so i know he didnt touch it. But now i have food poisoning. This happened sunday night at 8:00pm its monday 10:00 am and im sick in bed insanely nauseous. I am extremely disappointed in subway because its my favorite place.

  Posted hours on the door say it closes at 10pm I showed at 815pm and tells me that they are closed the lady working the counter had a massive attitude

  I was very impressed with this Subway location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered. Val, the young woman assisting me, demonstrated outstanding leadership and professionalism. She was very kind, respectful, and provided excellent customer service with great attention to detail. I truly appreciated her demeanor and the positive experience she created. Great job to Subway for hiring such quality people. Thank you!

  I stopped by tonight to get a six inch sandwich. The guy behind the counter first haphazardly cut the footlong bread in half, one half was more like 8 inch and another more like 4 inch. He took a smaller half to make a sandwich. I asked him to take another half. Playfully, he put two halfs together to see if they were the same size and apparently it was obvious to him they were not, so he just shrugged his shoulders and proceeded with my request. When I was ready to pay for the sandwich (8 inch) my card was declined 3 times. He asked me if I had cash. I said I had no cash, and that there was nothing wrong with my card. Sure enough, something was wrong on their end. He called his manager to guide him through restarting the register. I was waiting patiently. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer I should wait. The guy said he has never done this before, so maybe another 5 minutes. I said to him that not that I wanted that sandwich for free, but it would be a good customer service to do so. To which, he said with a smirk: "Maybe next time". So eventually I had to leave, I gave back my sandwich and left. I don't think I will be coming to that place again.
