- MMMaya MontesOct 27, 20251.0I love subway but the person who was making my food sounded super annoyed and rude. and at the end of my service when i was paying.. he scratched his parts. then handed my receipt. i was so disgusted, he put on gloves on making my food so i know he didnt touch it. But now i have food poisoning. This happened sunday night at 8:00pm its monday 10:00 am and im sick in bed insanely nauseous. I am extremely disappointed in subway because its my favorite place.

Val, the young woman assisting me, demonstrated outstanding leadership and professionalism. She was very kind, respectful, and provided excellent customer service with great attention to detail. I truly appreciated her demeanor and the positive experience she created. Great job to Subway for hiring such quality people. Thank you!
