  Nothing more disappointing than ordering wings then get home and be short in the count, specially after asking to confirm that they are all there. Need to have a double verification on the count of how many wings are served. Good taste on the food but counting the right amount of wings is an easy thing to do.

  Hawaiian Stuffed Crust was delicious, lots of cheese in the crust. Alora was polite, professional and helpful. Very welcoming

  When I picked it up they gave me a wrong pizza. It was for another customer. But the pizza was good.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! First Let me say that I have never received such bad service from this location before but this experience has made me never want to order from here again and their deliver driver name "JP" needs to be fired! I was visiting with my 80 year old mother and we decided to order pizza from our regular Pizza Hut. She lives in a 55+ community with over 300 units so we are always very specific with the special delivery instructions to help the delivery Driver. Mind you our regular delivery guy from this location has always found our Door with no problem following our special delivery Instructions. The app said that my order was out for Delivery as I looked at the order I realized my phone number was accidently entered incorrectly so I called our store to let them know. The guy who answered the phone said the delivery driver was unable to contact us and so he when to his next delivery and he will attempt re delivery after he was done. The delivery driver never went to the right place cause we were waiting there for him for up to 15 mins after the estimated delivery time and he never showed. The delivery driver called us and seemed annoyed with us that he had to re deliver the food. We gave him clear directions to get to our Apartment and when he drove in he drove in so fast that his car screeched so loud and he pulled up and was clearly annoyed or upset with us. My Husband was walking up to meet him at the door he saw the driver "JP" walk up with the bag of food and drop it and the soda on the floor and didnt even apologize. He just picked it up off the ground and handed it to my husband. My husband reluctantly took the food and told him he should drive slower in this area because it's a 5mph speed limit due to the elderly people that lived there. He got in his car and sped off once again screeching his car down the street so loud we can hear him going down the street. The driver named "JP" had no reason to be upset with us since he didnt follow the delivery instructions we had given him! My husband brought the food in and we checked everything to see if it had got messed up from the driver dropping it, it was ok but all the food was cold and hard. When I went to give a slice to my mom she ended up finding a hair in it! We ended up throwing that pizza away and eating only the second pizza we ordered. This was the worst experience we have every experienced with a pizza Place and will not be ordering from this location again. We called and complained to a guy named Caleb who claimed he was the Manager but we think he was lying cause he was very unprofessional. We will be calling the store back or corporate to get our refund!!
