  Personally, I like panera salads. They're delicious. The service is decent.There is no atmosphere, but it's quiet and comfortable.It's enjoyable for individuals and families.

  Yesterday my business partner and I walked in to the Panera on Golden Valley in Santa Clarita around 9:30am. We approached the cashier to place our order since there were no customers in front of us. As we approached the cashier told us that she would be back and proceeded to head to the back of the store out of sight. We patiently waited at least 5 minutes for the cashier to come back as the other store employees kept going back and forth from the front to te back of the store without anyone taking our order. After waiting for someone for over 5 minutes we decided to leave. I am writing this review not to get anyone in trouble, but to use this as a training moment. To the store manager, one of your policies should be that if you have a customer ready to place their order that you have someone readily available yo fo so. A customer should never be left unattended as long as we did. It was unprofessional and unnecessary.

  Customer service was good and our food came out relatively quickly, which I expected since there was no line. Restaurant was clean and I enjoyed my soup in a bread bowl. Overall experience was as good as you could expect from Panera Bread, so 5 stars in my book.
