  No wonder this location is piling up 1 star after another. I’ve been buying at this McDonald for over 20 years and was a very good branch. I take my teenager here when he was about 2-4 years old to play but this location has changed and not the happy place that I use to know. The employees today are very rude and don’t seem to care about the customers. I paid at the Kiosk and you are not greeted as a customer with the smiling and friendly cashier, the restroom now has a lock and you can’t use it very easily. Food may taste the same but preparation is sloppy. I hope the management is not the same as the one at that 14 freeway exit next to the Shell because they are also very rude. I don’t think I will be buying at this location anymore. Very poor management and service. Just a very sad place to eat.

  Never in the history of eating fish sandwiches from McDonald's have I been given a toasted hamburger bun, until today. Also, the initial order of fries came out cold. When I requested a how order I was told they would be the same because the fries were fresh. This was the worst experience at this store I've had.

  I ordered for vanilla in the coffee and before I left the store I looked in my coffee it was still black. I asked if they added the vanilla she said they did so I went home and drank it there was nothing of vanilla making me think I was crazy on this date 12/12/26 order 884
