    This is the 3rd time I got a loco salad and they gave me a hard time about dressing. I got a family sized loco salad and they told me I had to pay for dressing. So they just sell dry salads now?

    This place always forget our item and food is always late. Neither to say we won’t be going back… all they do is say sorry and keep messing up our orders. Terrible service.

    Yesterday I messed up with how I used a coupon. The manager was quick and kind to make the appropriate adjustment. I really appreciate that! And the chipotle burrito 🌯 was delicious! I'll be back.

    If I could do 0 stars i would picked up my order saw the employee coughing and sneezing all over food and told him to switch some itmes since he closed lids and handed to me. Dr pepper drinks were carbonated soda only. And got my bowls switched up w a different order. No good management or service they probably don't train.
