  This has to be the WORST Dunkin' I have ever visited. I made a very simple order on the app (3x donuts), went to the drive-thru speaker to tell the lady I have a mobile order, and she told be they had it ready. Here is where shit got ridiculous! After she confirmed they had my order ready, I had to wait in drive-thru for 20 to 25 minutes. When it was my turn at the window, the lady said, "okay, that will be $10.65." I told her no it is a mobile order. She closed the window and took 5 more minutes of waiting. When she came back, she asked, we don't have any mobile orders. I then showed her the app with the correct location/items I purchased. Again, she closed the window and took another few minutes. The lady then gave me the bag with my donuts. So, there is the thing. This drive-thru is the WORST ever! They need a better system in place. Starbucks seems to have it down. The other note I have is that when someone at the ordering box says, "Yes, we have your order ready." YOU HAVE THAT ORDER READY BY THE TIME THE CUSTOMER IS AT THE WINDOW!!! NOT WAITING +25 minutes JUST TO BE TOLD WE DON'T HAVE THE ORDER. Do BETTER!

  Ignored customer that payed 1 a hour in advance to make other customers in the drive thru while there was no guest in the lobby

  I love the medium iced coffee with blueberry and butter pecan. Also my fave blueberry donuts. However I ask for a water after purchasing and the lady said they charged .85 cents that not a good look for customers.

  Well it's National donut Day and we went for the promotion they had going on. There were only four people in there that's already including me and my husband. The drive-through had about five cars in it. I walked in, excited to order the drink and get the free donut. We stood at the counter about 5 min. Waiting for someone to help us take the order. No one helped or said we will be right with you. So I asked one of the girls I'm sorry we've been standing here. Can we get someone to take our order? The only response we had was "well we're really busy right now" she didn't turn to look at us she was talking to her team members gossiping and giggling... so my husband and I walked out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE! as we walked out I noticed just how dirty it was around. Hope the owner or manager really looks into getting better staff. Really disappointed.
