    I ordered (1) long John , (1)Lg vanilla ice coffee, (2) snack bacon , and (1) everything bagel through the drive thru. My bagel was burned so I had to drive back to get another bagel . Turns out after they fixed the bagel they burned the second one they Supposably replaced. I didn’t feel like driving back for the same mistake. I just decided to write in . The bacon was cold like if they didn’t warm it . They just threw it in the bag and served it. I’ve been coming to Dunkin for a while . This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. While I was waiting for my bagel to be fixed . The girl at the drive thru thought it was funny to laugh that my bagel was burned. I am never ever coming to this Dunkin Donuts. This is experience very unprofessional.

    The service is very good and they make the drinks really nice but they left the matcha too foamy and the drink itself was pretty much just up until the middle, everything else was foam.

    I want to start by saying that I genuinely like this Dunkin’ location and I come here often. The drinks are usually very good, and the staff is always polite and doing their best, which I really appreciate. That said, I do think this location could benefit from some improvements. The drive-through often appears to be understaffed, which results in longer wait times and occasional order mix-ups. I completely understand how busy it can get, especially during peak hours, but having a little more support for the employees could make a big difference for both staff and customers. I’ve also noticed that drinks tend to have quite a bit of ice, which sometimes takes away from the overall value of the drink. Additionally, during my most recent visit I ordered a macchiato but was given a latte instead. While the drink was still very tasty and enjoyable, it wasn’t what I had ordered. I share this feedback respectfully and with good intentions, because I truly want this location to succeed. With a bit more staffing and closer attention to drink preparation, this Dunkin’ could provide an even better experience. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope it’s helpful

    I don’t know what they’re putting in the coffee here, but I DO know they’re putting Alex behind the counter, and that’s the real secret ingredient. Service was so good I was on my knees. I came in hungry and left meowing and barking. I did not know I could receive such emotionally supportive donuts. If Alex quits this dunkin will probably turn into a spirit halloween overnight and that says something. Protect Alex. Especially financially. Maybe a raise. Anyways, I was driving back from San Francisco to Orange County and this was on the way. I would brave LA traffic and an almost three hour drive just to receive Alex’s service again.
