  Came here add a pizza to my online order and they were so helpful! Everyone was hard working and the manager was patient with the gift cards that did not want to swipe. We’ve need a fast food pizza place in Canyon Country and Dominos Delivered.

  The app screwed up my order somehow instead of getting a size any toppings I got a large cheese pizza. The local store was completely unwilling to help so I need to call corporate. I feel this could have been handled easily at the local level.

  You order a pizza and you live near the location. It takes over 30 minutes, no apology just deal with it. I called Talked to an employee and doesn't care. Why bother ordering from domino's here at this location. When a domino's 4 blocks away has a faster eta. Also Toppers has a fast eta? Foods not as fresh. If your busy I get it. But I want top quality not half quality

  We all know we get Dominoes for the cost vs value factor. Nobody orders it as their favorite Pizza. Using this as the impetus for our recent order and also wanting to support the new shopping center we gave this new location a shot. The pizza arrived on time and hot however after we opened the box we noticed it was misdelivered "wong pizza". We phoned the store and notified them of the issue and they were kind and understanding, said they would get the correct pizza right over. After almost an hour since we were told they would get the pizza right over ( the first pizza arrived in well under 30 min) we made a call. They again stated the pizza will be right over it had just come out of the oven. We again waited until finally calling and canceling. We asked for a refund and they said they would fully refund the order. We tracked the bank statements and gave them several days but no refund. We called and spoke to the manager who said yes you are correct the refund hadn't been done and she said she would handle it. She did indeed give us oue refund and appologized and asked that we try them again giving us a credit attached tou our phone number. We decided to give them another shot, called to order and there was no credit. I know that when I order Dominoes it isn't for great pizza but poor service and poor management coupled with the food quality makes it a tough sell. Good Luck
