This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. During our visit, I became extremely concerned about the restaurant’s food safety practices. The waitress informed us that there was cross-contamination involving their ice and cleaning chemicals, which was alarming. When our water was brought to the table, it had a noticeable metallic and chemical taste, making it undrinkable. When the crab was served, we were told that the shellfish is not washed before cooking and is simply placed directly into boiling water. This raised serious concerns about proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Additionally, the seafood had an unusually strong, overly fishy taste, which suggested it may not have been fresh. While the waitress was entering and exiting the kitchen area, I briefly observed the kitchen through the doorway. What I saw further increased my concerns about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. I brought these issues to the waitress’s attention, and she stated that she would contact the manager. However, the only resolution offered was a 50% discount on the bill, despite the fact that approximately 80% of our meal remained uneaten on the table. Unfortunately, the situation worsened after we returned home. My mother and children, who had eaten more of the crab, became ill and began vomiting. Given the health and safety concerns we experienced, I felt it was necessary to contact the health department. I hope the appropriate steps are taken to ensure that food safety standards are being properly followed.

You'll definitely love the seafood here; it's super fresh and packed with flavor. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. It's the kind of place where you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Honestly, the whole experience is just top-notch. I'd go back in a heartbeat for that delicious seafood and great service.

Worse experience I've ever had. Place was semi empty so was told to seat ourselves, which we did. Sat for 10 minutes while waitresses stood talking among themselves. Paid no attention to us, which was my wife and I as well as my daughter and her friend. After waiting and not getting any attention we got up and proceeded to walk out and we finally got an, have a good evening. Horrible. Wouldn't step foot back again.

I went on Valentine’s Day with my sister. First of all, they said the All you can eat was not available because it was Valentine’s Day. Next, you see prices online but when handed the menu, they are saying it by the pound. I asked for a pound of lobster, peeled, shrimp, king crab and crawfish, corn and sausage. I got a lot of crawfish, some shrimp, one lobster tail, and three king crab legs. I was charged over 120. If you are going to charge me that much, give me the exact pound and fix price not on base on market value. Waiting for an hour wasn’t worth it. Go Boil Daddy, they actually give you the amount you want and a free cheesecake

Came here for the all-you-can-eat crab boil and honestly… it did NOT disappoint. For $39.99, the portions were generous, the refills kept coming, and the crab was fresh, meaty, and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was on point flavorful, not overly salty, and you can actually taste the crab. They don’t rush you, so you really get to enjoy the experience and eat your money’s worth. Everything came out hot and well-prepared every round. Service was great too attentive, friendly, and quick with refills. The vibe was chill and perfect for a group, date night, or when you’re just craving seafood and want to go all in. If you love crab boils and want a good AYCE deal that actually delivers, this spot is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be back 🦀🔥 - Oralyfoodienexplore
