  For a second I thought I found a good chiptole place, that is sanitary and put a respectable amount of portions, but not anymore. Super unsanitary, I walked in and they don’t change their gloves after cleaning up the work place and passing down food. I dislike when people don’t know how to do their job ruin for the rest of the people that are there to actually give a satisfactory service. It seems like, however, these newer places only do a good job only within the month of opening, or the workers just dont wanna do their job.

  Went here about 3 times shortly after they opened since I loved chipotle. Food cold, Super skimpy portions. I thought all chipotles would be the same but they definitely are not. Most my family members have had same experience as well with this specific location. I guess I need to take the trip to golden valley if I really want to give chipotle a shot again. I hope this place does better bc I would hate to see them go out of business. But for now we’re taking our business elsewhere.

  Third & final time at this location. I came here because it is the closest Chipotle to me but I’ve learned my lesson and will drive further to the one on Golden Valley. 1st Visit- Burrito bowl was packed horribly and messy, small portions, brown guacamole and chewy chicken. I didn’t eat most of the chicken because wasn’t sure if it was fully cooked. 2nd Visit- Ordered $40 worth of chips, guacamole and corn salsa for a party. Most of the guacamole was brown and chips were stale. 3rd Visit- There was hardly any protein in the bins and were not replenished; I contemplated ordering the chicken in fear how long it has been sitting. I ordered 3 tacos. As the employee was placing chicken in the shells, all the chicken juice was just hovering over the shells. He wrapped it in foils and was struggling as they kept falling apart and wouldn’t stick together to wrap. I asked if he had the taco trays since it was to go. He looked at me, then around and said “we don’t have anymore, we’re told to do it this way”. I also ordered pico de gallo, a small guacamole and small chips on the side. There was a fly flying around the food and dirty counters. Was not busy at all. 3 workers and no other customers. I got home and all the juice from the chicken leaked through the bag and all over my car. Food was cold. All the tacos fell apart on the bottom. Pico de gallo was old and not fresh, you can taste it’s been sitting out. Guacamole was brown, again. And chips were stale with an insane amount of salt over 90% of the chips. For being a very new location, this is the worst with low standards, cleanliness, and old food. Do better.
