At least, I was expecting an apologies.... so disappointed

Purple hair, eyebrow piercing, looked like she just rolled out of a Hot Topic clearance rack and couldn't be bothered to pretend she wanted to be there. Took 20 minutes just to get water, and when she finally showed up she slapped the glasses down so hard one spilled all over the tablecloth. Didn't apologize, just muttered something under her breath and walked away. Ordered the chicken parm and it came out cold—like straight-from-the-fridge cold. When I politely asked if it could be warmed up, she rolled her eyes so hard I thought they'd get stuck and said "kitchen's slammed, deal with it." The attitude was next level. Every time she came to the table she acted like we were personally ruining her night. Dropped the check without asking if we wanted dessert and literally said "I'm off in 10, so..." while tapping her pen on the folder. The manager comped part of the meal after we complained, but honestly the whole experience was ruined by this walking attitude problem with purple hair. Save yourself the headache and pray you get literally anyone else. Zero professionalism, zero customer service skills. Buca needs to rethink who they let represent their restaurant.

Alfredo, penne, chicken capresi, cannelloni, the bread, and i don't remember all the drinks... which were also on point. The decor...I love, love the decor. Every room including the bathrooms, old school photos. I could take a day just shopping away and lose myself in them.
