- IMIsabella MedberyJan 5, 20261.0I went in at 9:32 PM today 01/04 and was immediately given a terrible attitude. I asked for a milk shake and I was told that milk shakes are not made after 9:30. I was frustrated, but still cheerful, and I was given more attitude. I think the girls working just didn’t want to wash the blender again, which is just silly. I was very disappointed with my experience here.
- BBBriJan 2, 20261.0Walked in at 9:59 PM to an ice cream shop that closes at 10:00 PM and was told I couldn’t be helped because they “don’t make milkshakes after 9:30.” This was not posted anywhere. At the same time, a full family was inside being served. When I pointed this out, "James" explained they were being helped because they arrived before 9:50 — yet another cutoff that isn’t communicated to customers. The two employees on duty, "Alia" and "James", were clearly unhappy that I walked in, gave me uncomfortable looks, and made it obvious my presence was an inconvenience. The issue wasn’t closing time — it was inconsistent service and attitude. Translation: They were still open, but service depended on who they felt like helping. If a business has multiple cutoffs and exceptions, they need to be clearly posted and applied consistently. Customers should not be made to feel unwelcome for entering during posted business hours. A business that selectively serves customers before closing should reconsider its hours — or its staff training.

I got it on a sugar cone. The price was $4.89. When I paid, the young girl said, "That will be $5.39". I said isn't kids scoop cheaper. She said yes and the cone was 50 cents more. I said what. I ate scoop in 4 bites. It was unbelievable that I actually paid for that. Really upsetting since we frequent this business a lot. Pic of my expensive ICC!!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
