  Our drinks were very good. We placed an online order and it took about 15 minutes for the order to be ready. When we went to go pick up our order, we weren’t treated with a best service. When I asked a question, I was just stared at, and when I asked again, they responded back to me with an attitude. Other than that, I would still come back, this Dunkin location is nice.

  Over all I really love this location, the guys in the morning are very polite. Today was a horrible experience with an employee by the name Dulce. She was very rude and had horrible customer service. I placed an order trough the drive way saw that it all was wrong. So I went in to get it fixed because I noticed 2 stickers on my order I always order an ice dunkalate and that was the label on top. But the label on the bottom said 3 caramel swirls 3 sugar and it keeped going. She automatically said it was the correct order when it clearly wasn't I have that order every day it was the wrong color and it taste so different. Then she went on to say they were out of a milk and they where trying to recreate my order. Now the morning crew meaning the guys if they dont have something for the Dunkalate they would tell me before making my order but they did not mention that at all. Then I order a chocolate glazed donut and they gave me a strawberry sprinkles and we did took a chunk off but saw what it was and put it back on the bag. Then she accused me of eating half of it when the donut was all there and was just giving me attitude the whole time. I've been going here for a year now and not once I've had such horrible experience. But the guys that are normally there 10/10

  I ordered (1) long John , (1)Lg vanilla ice coffee, (2) snack bacon , and (1) everything bagel through the drive thru. My bagel was burned so I had to drive back to get another bagel . Turns out after they fixed the bagel they burned the second one they Supposably replaced. I didn’t feel like driving back for the same mistake. I just decided to write in . The bacon was cold like if they didn’t warm it . They just threw it in the bag and served it. I’ve been coming to Dunkin for a while . This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. While I was waiting for my bagel to be fixed . The girl at the drive thru thought it was funny to laugh that my bagel was burned. I am never ever coming to this Dunkin Donuts. This is experience very unprofessional.
