I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the garlic noodles, and when the dish was brought to the table, there were visible hairs in the food. I immediately let the waitress know, and she simply took it back and said they would remake it—no apology at that moment, which was already off-putting.
Although the situation grossed us out, we decided to stay and continue with the rest of our meal. When the waitress returned with the new dish, she did apologize this time, which we appreciated. However, we were surprised when the bill came and the item was still fully charged.
I politely asked if the dish could be removed from the bill given the situation. The waitress went to speak with the manager (Jess), and we were told that because the dish had been remade, it would not be taken off. The only accommodation offered was a 5% discount—amounting to just 40 cents.
I don’t mind paying for food we consume, especially with how expensive dining out has become, but it’s disappointing how poorly this situation was handled. Most establishments would make a stronger effort to correct an issue like this. Instead, this experience made it clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here.
If you’re okay with that kind of service, then this might be the place for you—but unfortunately, they’ve lost me as a customer.

The food was good, however service was really slow and unsatisfactory. I pride myself on being a great tipper but service was so inattentive even at the minimum they forgot some of our sides and we didn't get the protect for our clothing, utensils to cut open the crab and no refills as we were eating were offered.

You'll definitely love the seafood here; it's super fresh and packed with flavor. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. It's the kind of place where you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Honestly, the whole experience is just top-notch. I'd go back in a heartbeat for that delicious seafood and great service.
