  This place sucks! They always run out of meat two hours before they close. They're so afraid of having extra meat when they close!

  They will deliberately give you small portion sizes so that they can charge you extra when you ask. Rude staff. Avoid this place.

  Skimpiest bowl I’ve had at a chipotle. 3/13/26 8pm. The heavy set girl literally only put like 3/4 of an already skimpy scoop…probably directives given from owners so don’t come to this one. Bouquet n Newhall ranch they’re generous with portions.

  The food is awesome if you have never tried. Delicious and outstanding. Must try! Manager Mike and everyone is so generous. They are nice, giving, friendly, and professional!

  Came here a few nights ago after deciding I wasn’t going to go to the one on golden valley (I was parked in front of the store already .) anyway , I drove from golden valley to this location just to see the new spot and joint to enjoy some quality food. My whole dining experience started a bad impression of the restaurant, it was dirty , tables were dirty too. When I order my Al pastor chicken burrito and requested black beans I got served the left over dried black beans from the container , they skimped the rice and the other ingredients as well. Once I got my burrito when when to eat I noticed that it didn’t look like a chipotle burrito , I got a skimped chipotle version burrito which as a total disappointment. Wish I could get my money back .
