First off, in a picky eater, so don’t take my food commentary to heart. This location is right next to my work, and they have glass bottle cokes, so I stop by a lot for a quick drink. First time today, I grabbed something to eat - quesadilla with asada. Absolutely delicious. The asada is made really well, and there’s plenty of it. So to me, it’s delicious, but can’t offer further opinion on the rest of the food. But they seem to have enough business to say it’s trustworthy, and good enough for everyone else.
For service - everyone is very professional, and extremely friendly. The kitchen is open, and everyone works hard. So, I praise them for staying so consistent with their excellent service.
Atmosphere, I rate lower, simply because it’s a small location in the mall. There’s not much they can do to make it better. You can’t really sit in there and escape the noise or anything like that. But once again, that’s not their fault. The place is clean and kept up well. It’s just not ideal for… “privacy,” or whatever.
Other than that - my satisfaction is fairly high. For those of you who enjoy a greater range of food (unlike my lame self), go on and give them a try. And please - don’t shy from leaving tip. They really put in the work, and probably deserve a little extra love.
Oh - and the prices are very fair. So many places in the mall are expensive.

I visited this establishment the other day, and unfortunately, it will be my last time. While the food was overpriced for the quality provided, the primary issue was the hostile, and dishonest service. After noticing missing items from my order, I politely approached the staff to rectify the situation. Instead of a professional resolution, I was met with immediate defensiveness. The employee insisted she "heard me correctly" and blamed me for the error rather than checking the order. The argument that followed was entirely unnecessary. When I pointed out the lack of courtesy, I was told that "being a customer doesn't make me right." While I understand mistakes happen, the lack of basic respect and the argumentative attitude of the staff completely ruined the experience. I expected much better service for a premium-priced establishment.

This place is unremarkably average maybe even below average.
If you're looking for quality Mexican food, this is not the place to go.
I ordered a burrito with carne asada but the way my order was taken was very strange. The burrito only comes with meat, rice, beans, onions and cilantro, but they have several other options such as sour cream, avocado, tomato etc.
Cashier rung up my order before I was able to choose any of the other options. I paid for my food and then they made my burrito but they didn't ask me if I wanted anything else on it. It's set up in a Chipotle style where you select everything you want but cook. Didn't speak English and the cashier left as soon as she took my order and went to the back.
When he was making my burrito I wanted crema and tomato and when I asked him to put it on he did but he looked confused.
I feel like I should choose what I want on my burrito and then pay after work, especially if the other ingredients are extra.
That being said, once I got my food it was relatively fast but average at best.
I tried all three sauces, the green, the orange, and the red, neither of which had any hint of spice at all. If you're a fan of spicy Mexican food, this is not the place for you.
The orange salsa was very bland as well as the green and there was a hint of spice in the red but not much.
I would rate this place two stars. Everything just was very bland.
I only came here because I worked in the mall and I forgot my lunch and I wanted something fast, that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place is that it was fast but the overall food was not very good.
A $14 burrito should taste a lot better than this.
