  As a bay area native for over 30 years, I know my neighborhood well. I have been going to this location for years with fair experiences, however the Lead lady for the evening shift is atrocious. She has a very nasty and combative personality even though her team fails to complete orders with accuracy. My boyfriend returned with a receipt to explain the discrepancy only to be met with hostility, attitude and spit while she yelled. We are reoccurring customers at this location and she knows our faces well. She pretends to be nice to you until she decides she doesnt like you anymore, because in her eyes, she and her team can do no wrong. I am not spending another dime until they remove this lady and her God-complex. The Prospect location is a much cleaner, bigger and better served facility.

  I went inside to order but I wanted to pay cash so I wasn't gonna order on the kiosk. but the manager didn't want to just take my order He said in a rude tone "do you need help ordering on the kiosk?" So you would be willing to come out from the back and help me order on a kiosk instead of just taking my order to pay cash? Of I order and want to pay cash I would've just stood there until someone helped me anyway The problem with fast food workers is they want more money just to do less. it's not difficult to just use the register and take cash The manager here was super rude and it makes 0 sense to have to order on a kiosk
