  Ordered a Tuna Sub for their Tuna Tuesday meal deal through Uber Eats. I ordered a Celsius Orange and they gave me a Starry instead. Everything else was correct. Pretty sure this was a store issue as I made sure to read reviews before posting mine to see if my “substitution” was a freak fluke. My best guess would be it wasn’t. Uber Eats did refund me for the Celsius Orange that I did not receive.

  I visited this Subway location recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. While there were several highlights, the food preparation area definitely needs some management attention. The Good • Cleanliness: The dining area was impressively nice and clean. It’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining the seating area for a comfortable environment. This compliment does not extend to the areas behind the counter. • Customer Service: The employees were friendly and professional throughout my visit, which made the ordering process pleasant. Areas for Improvement The food prep line, unfortunately, was an absolute disaster. The presentation was lacking, and there was significant cross-contamination between the vegetable trays. I noticed numerous remnants and pieces of various vegetables falling into trays where they didn't belong. This is a concern for two main reasons: 1. Freshness: The overall quality of the ingredients didn't feel as fresh as it could have been. Specifically, the onions and peppers seemed to have lost their crispness, and their presence in milder ingredients left a lot of room for improvement. Onions and bell peppers are NOT everyone’s forte, and shouldn’t be found in all the ingredient bins! 2. Safety: For someone with food sensitivities or allergies, this level of cross-contamination is a serious risk. I personally had to skip over several ingredients to avoid a potential reaction. Final Verdict While the staff is great and the restaurant itself is well-kept, the prep line needs a thorough cleaning and more attention paid to maintaining ingredient separation. A little more focus on the presentation and integrity of the food would go a long way in improving the experience.

  I had my sandwich THROWN AWAY. when I came in for my very limited break today I was met with extreme rudeness from the subway worker. How ever the lady with tattoos on her hands working today 3/6 around 245pm , should not be working in ANY costumer service . She was extremely sloppy and rube when making my sandwich and in fact told me it would cost extra to add more than the 4 leafs of spinach she added to my sandwich. She POURED sauces on my sandwich in a very rude manner as if I was inconveniencing her and I’ve never seen vegetables slammed down like I did today. I am a black woman and I know this location is predominantly all other races but I don’t think I deserve to be treated how I was today. I love subway and I always have , today was the first time I’ve had to leave my sandwich simply based on disrespect I felt from the worker. If it was up to me I’d remove this worker because I cannot imagine how many other costumers she’s left with a sour experience. I work in the area and from now on I will drive the extra mile to a different location.

  Worst Subway experience I’ve had in the last 15 years. I’ve been coming here for around 14 years, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards were very poor, the prep area didn’t look clean, and the overall food quality was bad. The sandwich was not fresh and did not taste right. I would not recommend this location unless cleanliness and quality improve.

  By far the worst Subway I have ever been to. My sandwich was dryer than the Mojave desert despite asking for extra mayo, with the tomatoes haphazardly thrown into the sandwich (75% of them were on one half). The guy making my sandwich needs to go back to sandwich school. Would not recommend this location.
