  The service and the food was good! My daughter really enjoyed the free cookie that was given by the owner couples.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered two footlong roast beef sandwiches. The owner told me they were out of roast beef and asked me to switch to another option. I was understanding and said that was fine, and that Philly steak would work instead. A little later, however, she brought out more roast beef, and there was clearly enough to make both of the sandwiches I originally ordered. I told her that if they had the meat available, they should make the roast beef sandwiches I asked for in the first place. She responded by saying there was not enough meat. I said that if inventory was running low, that was something they should manage with their supplier rather than changing my order after the fact. Then another male employee came out very angrily, scooped up some Philly steak with a spoon, and aggressively said that it was “all beef anyway,” basically telling me to take it or leave it. He then tried to cancel my order and told me to go order from another store. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. They only stopped once I took out my phone and started recording. I understand that inventory issues happen, but there is no excuse for treating a customer this way. I was polite and reasonable from the beginning. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

  Genuinely the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Actually I take that back. It is the worst restaurant/fastfood I’ve ever been to. The Asian owner was sneezing and wiping his nose NO GLOVES while making my sandwich. I swear on everything literal SNOT dripped into my friends sandwich. SAVE YOURSELF. Even if you DoorDash just make sure it isn’t this terrible establishment

  Worst experience I ever had in subway restaurants after being customer for 15+ years. The owner(age 50+)ask me don’t order here anymore when I picked up a online order. He cannot make money. I was so confused then I realized currently the subway online gives free sub for every 3 sub ordered, and he may not have money for the “free sub”. However I paid 3 subs before this “free”one and Im not the one to force this guy open a subway restaurant, if he cannot get money from subway, go ask the company, not doing those BS to me.
