Not sure why my name wasn't on the board, but the order happened to be completed when I asked at the counter. This was 10 minutes later than requested, but perfect timing after being stuck in traffic. Access was decent from streets and parking. The shopping center was very busy on a Tuesday evening. My complaint was trying to find the rapid order pickup. I didn't see any signs and found it in the back. This was unusual for me where the shelves are usually up front as you walk in. The service counter was helpful when I asked about my order, thank you.
