Very bad and rude customer service.
People are busy chatting but will not listen to customers calling and then answering rudely if asked .
Will never come back.
No wonder this McD has a 3.5 ratings

During my visit, I noticed something that didn’t sit right with me. While waiting to be helped, it seemed like Maria was primarily attentive to Spanish-speaking customers, while others—including myself—were not acknowledged. I waited several minutes and tried to get her attention, but was overlooked.
What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. There didn’t seem to be any concern for the customer experience or the business’s reputation. The manager was not remorseful and did not take any responsibility for what happened.
Customer service should be consistent, respectful, and inclusive for everyone. Being ignored while others are helped creates an unfair and uncomfortable experience. Accountability matters, and unfortunately, that was missing here. Even licking on this page they only have a 3.6 rating but they don’t care about be excellent or being successful because they don’t even respond to the negative reviews on this app. Find any other McDonald’s except for this one because this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to.

I had a very disappointing experience with Maria. I waited for about 10 minutes trying to get her attention, but she completely ignored me. When she finally acknowledged others, she assisted two Spanish-speaking customers who arrived after me, while continuing to overlook me. She also gave the impression that she did not speak English, which made the situation even more frustrating.
This felt unfair and unprofessional. No customer should be ignored or treated differently. Unfortunately, this experience came across as biased and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable.

I want to leave feedback about your drive-thru. Unfortunately, it’s located next to open-top trash containers behind a wall. Because of this, the smell is so strong that by the time you reach and receive your food, it completely kills your appetite. I think the trash should either be emptied more often or sealed containers should be used to prevent the odor.

This is the second time coming here and every time I ask for extra pickles, there's not a single one. Do they not read the tickets??
