The employee at the counter when I went to pick up the cake informed me the wrong date was on the form and I could come back another day. I told her that would not work. She asked me if I needed a cake today and I said yes, if it can be done I can come back later for it. She then informed me no one there could make a cake that day so it could not be done. Why would she offer an option to have the cake done today, then immediately say it cannot be made that day?? No one was apologetic or acknowledged their mistake or offered any remedies. I will never be getting another cake made here again. Absolutely incompetent workers.
