Because I’m here so often, I started trying their breakfast options, and I eventually settled on the egg and cheese sandwich with extra everything (as shown in the photos). The weekday morning chef is incredibly consistent and always goes the extra mile to make my sandwich just right, even on the rare days they run out of egg whites or arugula. The quality is genuinely impressive: great portion of eggs, and the bread manages to be both soft and crispy.
