  Ordered a pickup on the McD app. Was told by Maria my order was canceled after I appeared in 25 minutes and looked for my order. Also, WiFi was not available consistently. (November 20)

  I’ve been calling them since yesterday and they don’t pick up. I order a smoothie and a smoothie had more ice than anything else.

  On October 24, 2025, around 2:00PM, I ordered a Snack Wrap from this McDonald’s location. The food was completely cold within just a few minutes — the tortilla was cold and the chicken was no temperature and not warm at all. When I reported this to the short-haired middle-aged female manager, she insisted that “it’s supposed to be cold” and that even if she made another one, it would also be cold. As a professionally trained chef, I know that any food containing meat must meet proper food safety temperature standards. Even for fast food, customers deserve food that is safe to eat and served at an appropriate temperature. What’s more disappointing is the manager’s rude and dismissive attitude. She showed no respect or willingness to address the issue, and I strongly suspect bias or discriminatory behavior. I urge McDonald’s management to take this complaint seriously and ensure proper training on both food safety standards and customer service professionalism. （Already Leave two companies on the McDonald’s website)

  Absolutely Horrible Experience — Unprofessional and Unsanitary Review: This McDonald’s location was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The girl working the front completely ignored us, walking past several times without acknowledging us. After waiting about 5–10 minutes, she finally told us to use the kiosk instead of taking our order. We ordered through the kiosk and waited another 10 minutes. During that time, we noticed multiple workers handling food without gloves. The same girl from the front even went outside, touched the door, and came back to handle food again — still without washing her hands or using gloves. When we pointed out the issue and asked about the gloves, she told us that they didn’t have any. We then asked to speak with the manager, but the manager never came out to address our concern. Meanwhile, other customers were also standing around waiting for service — two people ended up leaving because of how long it was taking. This is completely unprofessional and unsanitary. The staff clearly needs retraining on both basic customer service and food safety standards. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that corporate look into these issues immediately.
