- ASAmir SolimanDec 20, 20251.0I’m Krispy Kreme customer and this location has worst customer service ever, Mariana was terrible and the supervisor there refused to give me her name to file complain And no one has name tags I went inside Mariana was counting the tell and the supervisor she took over the phone and I’m standing there over seven minutes and no one need to help me and after seven minutes I show her I received an email for a free doughnut and I was planning to buy another dozen after that and she refused to give me the free one doughnuts and I ask her to use the washroom she refused. She said it’s only for customer. I told her I’m customer. I wanna use the washroom and then I’m gonna buy my order. She said no buy first She said you have to buy something first and then I will give you the washroom key. Definitely they are not training to how to deal with a customer.

Came back later only to be told by a rude younger Spanish girl that Veterans only get the original gaze doughnut and not one of their choice. I even showed her the promotional info from Krispy Kreme corporate and was only given more attitude and that they weren’t going to honor it. I’m not being petty about a doughnut, but follow corporate policy and show some respect to our Veterans.
