- KMken mangoldFeb 25, 20262.0Extremely rude staff. Weirdly so! Borderline aggressive I work at a nearby hotel, in management, and I ordered pizza for my staff. They loved it, everything was good, but they forgot to get the receipt. So I call the store the next day to say ‘hey here’s my order number, can I have the receipt emailed to me?’ And the guy just says ‘No.’ I wasn’t expecting this. I was very confused. I tried to explain why I needed it but he just kept talking over and telling me it wasn’t possible because the order was from the previous day. Brother, that doesn’t make sense lol. My hotel has a restaurant and often we’ll need to pull receipts from months ago. At no point am I being combative, I’m really just genuinely confused why he keeps talking over me and getting louder, and then he just hangs up on me! I call back and he refuses to answer. Finally, I get through after two more attempts and he again becomes really agitated. I try to be calm (despite growing frustrated) and explain I’m not mad, there’s no complaints, I just need a receipt for business reasons AND HE HANGS UP AGAIN. It was so bizarre I kind of circled around from irritated to amused. What a jerk this guy was! Anyways, the pizza is good, but the staff and their management is truly awful.

I sat there a very long time before someone even looked my way let alone assist me. Food was good. Also they cut all pizza with the same cutter. If you are a vegetarian or don't eat pork not a good thing.

The pickup estimate was 30 minutes, so got there on time and had to wait 1.5 hours each time for the order to finally be ready. Should have learned the first time to never ever order from here again. Learned my lesson this time though. They have no idea what they're doing in there, Domino's should close them down.
