- AGAmanda GNov 17, 20252.0I ordered a pizza at 6:02. The tracker said it was out for delivery at 6:13. I went to the hotel lobby to wait for its expected delivery between 6:30-6:45. At 6:34 the tracker said it had been delivered, which it hadn't. I called and they assumed me it was on its way. At 7pm it was still not here. I called again and stated I didn't want a pizza that had been driving around in a car for 45+ minutes. The gentleman was hard to understand, but made it clear I couldn't cancel my order. The pizza final came at 7:14. It was barely warm and closer to room temp. VERY disappointing. I opened it and showed the driver. He said I could call the store.... which I already had. So, I kept the pizza and ate it at room temp. $23 for a cold pizza. I can appreciate the business being busy and ever heavy traffic, but I don't appreciate them not making it right. I'm only giving 2 stars because the driver called at 7:10 to say he was almost here and was kind.

And there was that national ad campaign for 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas for $6.99 each that finally convinced me. 🍕 The app worked quite well and the pizzas arrived exactly when I requested it. But the pizzas themselves were below mediocre. One of my kids commented that the sauce tasted kind of sour. Another noted that one of the pizzas didn't seem completely cooked and that there was more sauce and cheese on one pizza compared to the other. We also noted that the medium pizzas were more on the small side, definitely smaller than our local pizza place. I think I'll stay with the local pizza place.
