At 6:34 the tracker said it had been delivered, which it hadn't. I called and they assumed me it was on its way. At 7pm it was still not here. I called again and stated I didn't want a pizza that had been driving around in a car for 45+ minutes. The gentleman was hard to understand, but made it clear I couldn't cancel my order. The pizza final came at 7:14. It was barely warm and closer to room temp. VERY disappointing. I opened it and showed the driver. He said I could call the store.... which I already had. So, I kept the pizza and ate it at room temp. $23 for a cold pizza. I can appreciate the business being busy and ever heavy traffic, but I don't appreciate them not making it right. I'm only giving 2 stars because the driver called at 7:10 to say he was almost here and was kind.
