- SSStefani2 days ago2.0I want to start by saying that the food here is amazing (I love being fat). That being said, I’ve been disappointed during my last few visits. Most of the staff seems nice overall, but I recently had an interaction that left me feeling unsettled. When I arrived, the restaurant was very busy, which is understandable. I had placed a mobile order to avoid a long wait. However, I still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. After waiting for a while, I asked about my order and was told it would be out soon. About five minutes later, I checked again. A male employee acknowledged me and asked a young lady to give me my food. Instead of handing it to me, she tossed it to the side. When I said “thank you,” she rolled her eyes. I also noticed that she was interacting with other customers in a similar manner, which made the situation even more disappointing. I understand that working in a busy environment can be stressful, but working costumer crevice myself, I believe that individuals (who are of course being respectful) should still be treated with respect. I hope additional training can be provided to ensure a more positive and welcoming experience for everyone.
