Went up to the counter to ask and they said that's normal, that's how they were taught, one scoop an item. Based on their website, my bowl should've weighed at least 20oz (probably closer to 22 since I asked for extra rice) , as I got extra rice, beans, steak, normal salsa, and corn salsa. But instead I got 13 Oz of food and they had the nerve to say it's normal. Why you guys scooping like your pay depends on it? Do you guys get a bonus for under serving food everyday? Do you guys get to take home the extra food? Yeah maybe you're taught to do one full scoop, but you're here putting the tiniest scoop like your life depends on it. Penny pinching branch

I’m a frequent customer to this location for convenience only, but honestly I’d rather drive further to a different location, and now I will. Food is never fully stocked, and honestly the interactions with the staff just add to the unpleasant experience of this whole thing. I know chipotle can do better!
