- SSSethi Singh3 days ago1.0As a DoorDash driver, I had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I came to pick up an order and tried politely saying “Excuse me” to an employee named Iris, but she looked at me and did not respond or provide any update about the order. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just basic communication—simply letting me know whether the order would be ready in 10–15 minutes would have been helpful. Her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. On the positive side, another female staff member (I didn’t catch her name) was very kind and helpful. She checked on my order, updated me, and handed it to me when it was ready. She was also helping other drivers and customers, and I really appreciated her professionalism. I’m leaving this review because delivery drivers deserve respect too. Clear communication and courtesy go a long way. I hope management addresses this experience, and I also hope the helpful employee gets recognized for her great service.

They also charged me separately for the fries, coke and my daughter’s apple juice instead of having it included with the meals. Always check your bag before leaving.

I would have understood if they were focused on closing but the closing procedures wasn’t their priority, helping guests and getting orders out was so I gotta show respect and applaud them on that!
