Is this how you run a business in 2026? Take people's money and refuse to help them? Disgusting. I expected more from a national chain.

HOWEVER, I have never received 100% of my purchased items when ordering online. I am always one taco or burrito short. At first I was happy to let it slide since I was ordering at busy times of the day, but after my third missing item in 2 weeks, I'm starting to think that this is intentional.
