  It’s Wednesday, September 10, 2025. I ordered a pizza around 5:30 PM. Got it within a reasonable amount of time. The problem was I ordered a large New York style, Pizza, extra pepperoni and half pineapple and a side of cinnamon sticks. I received a medium pizza with the correct toppings not New York style and I got a 32 piece Parmesan with Sweet Icing . Ok simple mistake easy fix, Or so, I thought. I Call the store & spoke to the female rep who I’ve seen in there when I’ve gone in On occasion. Gave her my info,she put me on hold for quite some time, came back and said, “ Ok, So do you want me to send the right ones or what?”. I almost wanted to give a sarcastic response because the way she asked me was almost insinuating, as if it was my fault they had gotten my order Incorrect. I politely agreed and was about to ask her another question when she hung up on me mid-sentence. It’s been over an hour now still waiting for my cinnamon sticks that are probably not gonna show up. So probably not gonna order Domino’s for quite some time now at this point very disappointing And unprofessional Phone etiquette. PS I didn’t even eat the food that was delivered because it’s not what I wanted therefore wasted money all the way around. 👎🏽
