  I am an Uber delivery driver. I was picking up an order around closing on April 6, 2026 and saw a cockroach crawling out of the kitchen. The dining area and kitchen were very messy too.

  Terrible experience now I know why I never go here. Got a burrito received a very cold tortilla,rice was hard, meat was bland and looked old.0/10

  If Chipotle Mexican Grill is going to keep charging what they do, the least they could do is serve food that doesn’t feel like it’s been sitting out all day. The chips are consistently stale — not just a little off, but straight up chewy and old like they were made yesterday and reheated. It’s honestly embarrassing to serve that to customers. The portions are another joke. You stand in line, pay full price, and they give you the tiniest scoop like the ingredients are coming out of their personal paycheck. What used to be a solid, filling bowl now looks like a sad half-meal. And the options somehow feel more limited than ever. For a place that built its reputation on customization, it now feels like there’s barely anything to choose from half the time because they’re out of ingredients or just not offering much.

  Visited this Chipotle during a weekday around 3pm. The trash cans were overflowing onto the floor, none of the tables were bused, there was trash on the floor throughout the restaurant, the flat top / grill had burned food on the entire surface, they were out of steak, they were almost out of all the other proteins, the queso looked like it had been there for a couple of hours based on the surface of the queso being dried, the drink station had trash on the counter, they only had a handful of forks, there were no spoons or knives, they were almost out of napkins, and the cashier basically tossed me my bag. They had about 5 to 6 people working and possibly the manager in her office working on something. The restaurant was definitely not busy. There were about four of us in line not including the people coming in to get water cups and leaving with a cup of soda. I initially thought they just got hammered by a rush. However based on other reviews, it appears many other people have made the same observations. The chicken in my bowl was burned and crispy. They definitely went light on the chicken in my bowl. But the guacamole, brown rice, cheese, beans, and cheese were fine. The person making the bowl was pleasant. Never coming back. The health department probably needs to visit this restaurant.
